Our Purpose

Our practice is dedicated to older adults and their families in need of well-guided life care planning and advocacy in the areas of long term care, asset protection, estate planning, Alzheimer’s planning, and geriatric care. We help families plan for life, at the various stages of our collective human experience as we age. We only practice elder law which makes us uniquely positioned to address the changing needs of people as they experience the expected, and often unexpected, phases of their lives.

This includes:
  • Health care advocacy/resident's rights;
  • Transitioning of residential living arrangements;
  • Planning for special needs beneficiaries;
  • Making the right decisions for oneself about one’s own inevitable mortality; including, the creation of a sound ‘exit strategy’ with known estate consequences of leaving a positive legacy for heirs.
  • Controlling what we have while we are alive and well;
  • Creating financial security and protection;
  • Planning for, and dealing, with Alzheimer’s Disease and related-dementias;
  • Planning for, and dealing with, other disability;
  • Financing long term care (Veteran’s Benefits, Medicaid planning, Alternative payor sources for long term care funding;
